Currently, the F1 is compatible with the basic, Pro, and Pro Max models of the iPhone 13-16 series. It also supports Plus models. Please refer to the product page for specific model details.

The F1 Case supports wireless charging but does not have magnetic attraction capabilities, as the magnetic ring may interfere with the display of the e-ink screen. If you require magnetic functionality, we do not recommend purchasing this product.

The F1 Case is not waterproof, so please avoid using it in bathrooms, swimming pools, beaches, or similar environments.
If water accidentally drips onto the case, there's no need to panic. Simply wipe it off promptly.

The F1 Case features a four-color e-ink screen, utilizing black, white, red, and yellow electronic ink molecules. Due to the screen's nature, blue or purple-toned images may not display as well. We recommend using images with red or yellow tones for optimal display. Alternatively, you can choose filters with higher color saturation, such as Blues, Gothic, or Lomo, to achieve better imaging results.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to update the order information. However, if the order has already been shipped, modifications are not possible. In this case, you would need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

We are aiming for a processing time of 1-2 days and a shipping time of about 5-7 days.

If the product has any functional defects, we will offer a full refund or send you a replacement.
If you accidentally placed the wrong order, we can provide a partial refund or offer a larger discount for a new order. This is due to the shipping fees and taxes for returning the product, which can be nearly half of its selling price.
Please note that we do not support free returns for reasons other than functional defects.

No, our F1 case uses the newest AI Technology to cast an image onto the phone case. Once the image is cast it stays on the F1 Case until you change it again. You can also take the case off and the image is still displaying on the case.

That's correct! You can upload any picture you have in your gallery or choose one of the many stock images in the Deer Phone Case app. We do recommend a higher resolution picture for better quality.

Yes, our cases are designed to protect your phone and are made of sturdy materials. Make sure to not bend the case unnecessarily as this could cause the chip inside it to break.
